I don't get why a mafia would get such a disadvantageous position as to have two votes on him already. I think he's lying about his role (likely for good reason), but he's town.

Gut instincts tell me that Scar isn't mafia and I'm not liking this train building up.

Penguin for either being a noob on Day One of a game everyone else is taking seriously or having a role which is following others around and roleclaiming the same role as them, which isn't helpful and could easily be mafia.

It's a compromise for having a really good power? Equally, why would a townie get such a disadvantageous position to have to votes on them already? A counterbalance to having some sort of ability. He already claimed his ability -- it's an easy claim in this sort of game, yet he managed to mess up the tracker/watcher scenario again. FoS: Monk Basher.
