[RP] Imagination

Rat saw a thinning in the trees, then at his high speed, he blasted out of the forest. As Rat flew he saw he was in a field. He thought that this field seemed familiar. Then it came out of nowhere. This was the field in the sogen card. Rat pointed his jetpack up, looking for people, when Grant's ship flew overhead.

BIC: As the SR-71 folded into his backpack, Grant looked down at the spacial rift. Right in the middle of it was a sort of flying craft, two people, and more field. This looked like a perfect place for a battle in a video game, and any second Grant expected to see some goblins pop up out of nowhere and attack.However, since there weren't any to be seen, he slowly descended towards the airship.

"Alright..." said Denny. He searched around his room, and found a piece of paper and a pen.

'Dear Mom,

I am going over to' Denny thought for a second here 'Ronald's house' wrote Denny, choosing a name that none of his friends or even classmates had, so that his mom would not phone around. 'and I might be staying there a few days, maybe not. Sorry for the short notice.

Love, Denny' and, thinking for a moment, thought and heard something clang downstairs int he kitchen.

'PS: Dinner is on the counter.'

He ran the paper downstairs and then returned to his room. "That's all I need." He looked at the portal. "Lets go."

Inside the portal, the two found themselves... in complete darkness, with only Denny's Sogen Field Card floating in the air. "What the..." mumbled Denny, reaching out to grab the card, only to have it dissolve in his hand. The world around them began to change...

Jeff's eyes were only wide and staring the whole time as Xavia changed physically, knowing he didn't cause it of his own will. He couldn't help but walk to... her? Him? Either way, Jeff caught up to Xavia and leaned onto the ship a little to look over it. He patiently listened to all of Xavia's comments before perking his ears a little to try to hear the 'jet'. "Yeah, I can hear it, somewhat. There may be, only one way to find out... Either way, I didn't cause this, you just started changing out of nowhere. I also didn't make that target move, I didn't even want one to appear. It just... happened. Who knows, maybe that other person is who did it or knows who did."

Reaching into the pocket with the F-Zero disk, he touched it and brought up his and Xavia's ships. "You can fly this or ride in your F-Zero machine, I'll just dispel yours if you choose this craft." Jeff stepped back from Xavia's airship and walked to his Fire Lynx -Z, entering the surprisingly comfortable cockpit to find a surprisingly simple control scheme. It didn't take fifteen seconds before the machine was hovering and its engines were warming, ready to flare up and send him across the fields.

Xavia waited a few minutes as Jeff left for his vehicle and heard it start up. She used this time to concentrate and change back to normal. After readjusting her clothing and flight suit she gets onto the airship. "Way to gawk at me even... worst minutes of my life and all he does is stare... " She mumbles while starting up the engine and taking off vertically then pointing upwards climbing. She grabs the ship's radio and calls down to Jeff. "Whay hello Jeff hun, fig'rd I'd keep in touch... If there are people out here, I'll see what I can find above the clouds here... if we need a rallying point, just meet back at what's left of your room. I can see something falling in the distance toward the house... I'll go and see what it is." She says after spotting Grant with her binoculars. She descends quickly into a cloud bank and throttles fast to above what she saw. She exits the clouds only to find that the thing she was was not only a person, but hadn't fallen as far as calculated. For a brief moment things seem to move slower as she blasts out of the cloud cover a few feet from Grant. Afterward she loops around and comes alongside him matching his speed of descent and pulls her facemask up. "WHO ARE YOU AND HOW ARE YOU HERE!" She yells over to Grant.

BIC: Grant noticed that the people were leaving in their ships and decided to follow them. However, one pulled her (wait: her? weren't both of them boys?) ship over near him and yelled something he couldn't hear. "No need to shout; just use your radio," Grant said over the frequency he had detected them using.

While Denny did the stuff he did, Vinas had in the mean time put up his hood again just in case, and fiddled a bit with the bottom zipper of the cloak, giving him more room to move his legs. ((OOC: Before, the zipper was completely closed, now it's about 1/3 open, like most of the Organisation members have.)) When Denny returned, he walked into the darkness.

After some walking, they found Denny's Sogen card flying in front of them, and when Denny touched it, they got on the edge of a large, grassy plain, with dense forest behind them. "Before we go anywhere, lemme try something..." Vinas said, as he held his hand in front of him, and focused. A Corridor of Darkness appeared, but shortly after flickered out again. "Hmm, harder than it seems." He said. "But I think the two portals opening and closing not too long after each other could've alarmed anyone that's here, and that's probably good in our case."

Rat watched as a ship rose up off the ground. Rat landed, and decided that he needed a faster way of transport. Concentrating, he made an airship from Final Fantasy X appear in front of him. Rat entered it. When he got to the cockpit, he made a slight ajustment. He added a radio that tuned in to frequencies around him. Almost immediatly he heard talking.

Denny nodded. "Alright, well, I've learned something from WoW, and that is 'Always scout your surroundings.'" The imp exploded into a pink ball of energy, which again manifested itself about Denny. After several seconds, it crashed into the ground, forming a green eyeballs surrounded in demonic green flames. "The Eye of Kilrogg."

Denny controlled the eye, ordering it to move ahead. Shortly, it spotted a large... airship? on the ground, very simalar to Cid's airship in Final Fantasy X. The eye found the hatch still open, and entered, silently, and glanced in.

Facing away from it, was a boy in a chair listening to a radio.

Meanwhile, Denny was explaining what he saw to Vinas. "...and there's someone in it, listening to a radio. He might be listening in on us..."

Jeff pushes the throttle a little, but still wound up sailing by everyone at near 300 kilometers an hour. With a gentle release, the craft began coasting until Jeff could hold the thing at about 100 K/hm, which let him take the time to figure out how to tune in the radio to match the frequency everyone seemed to be using. His mini-radar showed signals of everyone talking and listening... The line was opened just in time to hear Grant say his bit, to which Jeff opened the channel and responded, "Okay, so let's try this... You don't seem to look normal, and odds are we don't. How'd you get your oddities, by imagining them?"

Deciding that Xavia could explain the rest on how they got there, Jeff decided to follow the signal to the furthest-away blip on the screen... and his jaw dropped as soon as Cid's airship came into view. "Gee, I wonder where someone else is listening to the frequency?" It was a sarcastic question to himself. Upon getting below the airship, Jeff saw an Organization XIII member next to another kid he didn't even pay attention to. Slowing the machine to a running speed, he dispelled it and called on his memory of Valor form with his two keyblades, allowing him to take that form again as he stood two steps from the Nobody and who Jeff guessed to be anything from an acquaintance to an accomplice. "Who are you, and why's this ship listening to our radio!?"

Rat heard a new voice say something about getting things from imagining it. Rat said through the frequency, "I got my jetpack and airship from imagining it. I'm just wondering how I got the powers."

"If so, he could be the one who's behind all this..." Vinas responded to Denny, when he noticed someone on a racing machine nearing the two of them. The machine vanished, and the person, who Vinas identified as a man of around his age if not a little older, and wielding two Keyblades. "Keyblades... Why didn't I think of that..." Vinas said, smacking his head. Before the boy was in hearing range, Vinas softly said to Darrien "I think he thinks I'm a Nobody." and laughed a bit. "Watch this."

"Who are you, and why's this ship listening to our radio!?" The man asked, and Vinas chuckled a bit.

"I'm Organisation XIII's member XVI: Sanvix, though it is usually polite to offer your own name before asking someone else theirs." He said, on a semi-serious tone. Fortunately for him, the big grin on his face while he said that was hidden by his hood. "And of this airship, Your guess is as good as mine."

After a bit of a pause, Vinas just couldn't hold back anymore, and burst into laughter. After he finished laughing, he took some breaths, and removed his hood. "Nah, just messing with you. I'm Vinas, and this here is Denny, nice to meet you." He said, scratching the back of his head. "But yeah, I really have no clue why someone would be listening to us, unless the one inside is the guy doing all this. By the way, nice choice. I mean, the Keyblades. Don't think I've seen then in the game, though."

BIC: Broadcasting over the radio, Grant answered. "No, by using the power of my mind to summon them out of a spacial rift, seemingly defying general relativity. However, I'm sure that this phenomenon could be explained with megastring theory." Grant then lapsed into a bout of technical jargon about the physics element of the powers, which he continued for almost a minute before realizing half of the people on the line (so to speak) were enveloped in a practical joke. Sighing, Grant listened to them while flying toward the airship that he assumed was Rat's.

Xavia listened on the conversation and interjected. "That's the thing, it doesn't follow any sorts of reason. Your items may have come from rifts of some sort, but mine were drawn up as I imagined them as if being sketched. It seems to change per person. Furthermore, the objects are more than just illusions, they're quite real to us all." She finishes as she brings in her aircycle down to the deck of the large airship where Jeff, Denny and Vinas all were. She lifts up her facemask and walks into the room they had gathered. "As to how we got here, Jeff here imagined this area and it appeared around us. As I'd mentioned it has almost no realism to how it happens; which makes me wonder more where we truely are and what is causing everything. So if anyone remembers anything strange before all this happened..." She draws up a small padded office chair which comes into existance as a series of sketched lines and fills in and she leans back in it. "As for what now... I don't know. For that matter I have little idea who any of you are. The one connection Jeff and I had was Runevillage and such. There I am Xarvi."

BIC: "Xarvi? I think I've seen you before on RuneVillage. I'm Klinkin there. And the spacial rift applies to all of us; the drawing is just a way to focus your mind. Objects started popping up for me when I was modeling on the computer." Grant descended onto the deck of the airship as well, lifting his visor as he joined the rest of them. "I'm pretty sure there's some sort of intelligence behind this; he wrote me a message on a card and then stopped me from scanning for him. It's worrying the amount of power he has, and I think he may be reading our minds and forming the objects himself. That would explain why it never happened before and why only us six have this power so far."

Rat noticed they were all standing on the deck. Rat quickly ran up to meet them. He said, "Hi, I'm Rat. On Runevillage, I'm Rat611. How do you like my airship?"

BIC: "Um, seems sort of...inefficient. I doubt this thing has the speed, maneuverability, or even the cargo load that a modern jet could have."

OOC: Tahu, have you ever seen that airship? it's friggin' HUGE, though still surprisingly fast, and yes, maneuverable. (It even managed to dodge Sin in a few scenes)

OOC: Only a few times, but compared to modern/slightly futuristic jet designs, it's still slower and less maneuverable. I don't think it can go Mach 2 with those windows. Maybe I'm not quite getting the size, though. I had the idea it was about as big as a house from the trailers I've seen.

OOC: If it is the size of a house, then that house must be a mansion, or at the very least, a really large house. From the outside it seems small, but this thing has tons of corridors and rooms, a cargo hold, an elevator, the deck, blitzball player room, engine room, and tons of missles. The cockpit alone is about the size of two or three average rooms put together.
