Given that the lusii-type creatures are everywhere, and that they've already made at least one pail joke, it really looks like the scratch-humans have quadrant-based-romance things going on. Dirk was all "I don't see how being gay has to be a thing" and Roxy was all "Trust me it's an actual thing". In Act 5 there was literally no such thing as being gay because the trolls don't even care. It's not that they're bisexual, it's that gender isn't even a factor (hence Vriska's <33333333 aimed at Kanaya, etc.) That's looking to be the case here, too.

I can't decide if I'm disappointed we didn't transition back to the kids/trolls. I miss them but I also want at least Jane to enter the session before we switch back.

I love how Hussie acknowledged the "Cotton Candy" pairing. I also hate it since the fandom is predictably going crazy over it.

Some of you guys have noticed the "HELLO DANTE" on the far right side of the MSPA navigation.

That is there because the actor who played Rufio in Hook has started reading Homestuck.

Hussie is essentially the trolling creator if the TVTropes article on Homestuck is to be believed. As for the Prince outfit, the fact Eridan shows up with Fereri is showing that Hussie plans to confirm the outfits he had artwork for. I already am squicking in response to Gamzee's picture, which doesn't help if he decides to make him in God Tier make some appearance.

That's not exactly what she said.

She was basically just explaining that the kids and their guardians switched places timeline-ways, with the beta!guardians being the alpha!kids (and sburb players) in the Alpha session.

It doesn't mean the beta!kids and trolls are taking a back seat in importance. She was just telling Dave that, instead of meeting alternate versions of themselves in the Alpha session, they'll be meeting alternate versions of bro/mom/nanna/grandpa.

I must have misread it then. From what I interpreted, they would work behind the scenes and aid the Alpha!Kids actions in that manner while setting things up so the void session actually prospers and bears fruit.

I still think the colors match up too well with the dead bodies Gamzee's hording for there not to be a connection. Maybe it's just because I can't think of any red herrings in Homestuck, and for this to be the first one over 6k pages in would be odd.
