New Staff Members! (and some spring cleaning)

Thanks Goten for the great (somewhat overdue, but still great) comic!

I'd like to welcome arsenicCatnip, N00b 4 M1nin and Tanksandguns to the RuneVillage Staff! It took me quite a while to actually get these promotions through (mainly due to my own lack of time), but here it is after all! From this group of people, only Noob 4 M1nin actually wears the rank visibly, but it seemed like a shame to not give the other deserving members the rank as well. Note that there are so many more people behind the scenes that deserve this rank, but be assured that if you keep up your performance, we'll be granting you that rank as well!

EDIT: about the cleaning: some staff members that have become inactive have been removed from the group.

Added some extra info about the spring cleaning. Basically, some staff members who became inactive on the forum have been turned into staff elders.

this japanese theme seems to keep coming up, so i thought i'd expand a bit on kik's explaination of "moshie, moshie." That is indeed how one answers the phone in japan, and it's actually a contraction for 'moshi moshi ano ne', which loosly translates to "hello, what is it?"

japanese children, when singing to the tune of "London Bridge Is Falling Down" sing the words:

"moshi moshi ano ne, ano ne, ano ne
moshi moshi ano ne, ah so desuka"

which translates, again loosly, to:

"hello? what is it, what is it?
hello? what is it, is that so?"
