Decided to have some fun and start betting on some NFL / NCAAF games. Don't have a lot of dough to throw around so my bets are limited to around$3-$10 each. Nothing crazy, but it keeps things interesting. I usually only play moneyline, although i do play over/under sometimes.

I'll post what games im betting on / what games i'm thinking of betting on. All comments welcomed.

September 25, 2014

$7 bet on the Redskins to win outright against the Giants - Winnings = $11.11

Let's see if my first bet here will come out a winner or not! :D

Haha, Apple...Definitely a letdown.. Cousins with 4 interception passes in the second half will do you in. Giants wanted it more.

Can't dwell on the loss too much. I'll post my pics for Sunday shortly, although I'm leaning:

Ravens over panthers
Chargers over jags
Steelers over bucs
Colts over titans

All fairly safe bets I'd say but might trim one off. I'm a little uneasy on ravens and chargers then

So.....

Decided to drop a few dollars on these teams to win Superbowl next year:

Green Bay
Baltimore
Seattle

I might add one more (maybe Dallas/New England), but I think this will be it.

I feel like I might regret Seattle and Baltimore later.. but I think GB was a decent choice.

Another season, here we go:

New England Patriots to beat Pittsburgh Steelers Moneyline + under 51.5

Western Kentucky to beat Louisiana Tech Moneyline

Middle Tennessee +34 vs Alabama

Florida Atlantic +17.5 vs Miami Florida

All small bets to start the season..

Wish me luck!

Utah State loses a close one to Utah
Colorado State beats Minnestoa
Air Force beats Michigan State
San Jose State beats Wyoming
Fresno beats Ole Miss
Hawaii is beaten by Ohio State but not by enough

Michigan Harbaugh loses his headset

Did very well on my NFL picks yesterday, but not going to post them as the games are over now..

For tonight:

Falcons +3 vs. Eagles
Niners +1.5 vs Vikings

I love the dogs, but I'm actually quite nervous.

The Dallas and NYG game was insane. I picked Dallas in my survivor pool and thought I headed for a week 1 exit but the football Gods took pity and gave me a W. Almost everyone else went with Green Bay / New England which is understandable. A few chose Indy which didn't turn out so well :x

Keep ya posted!

Now that we are in conference season so you can't pick every mid major to beat power 5 teams, that should probably help your percentage.
