Its been a bit tougher to see shows since moving back to Tucson, but good news! Beck is coming in April, already have my tickets and I'm super pumped. This will put him in the elite category of artists Ive seen 3+ times (joining Jack White).

Duuuude. Beck's great. Id love to see him eventually. And Jack WhIte...yeah. one of my bIggest regrets Is not seeIng The WhIte StrIpes when they were stIll together. :/
However. I will be seeing Queens of the Stone Age May 9th. I can't wait. It's been a while. I was lucky to get tickets. They sold out in 3 minutes. I missed the presale, but set my alarm for the next morning and snagged a couple.

Weeeeeeell we were going to go to Rock on the Range but it turned out to be a no go. Now we are going to a festival called Carolina rebellion featuring the likes of Rob Zombie, A7X, Kid Rock, Volbeat, Staind, Trivium, Five Finger Death Punch, Seether, Motorhead, Alter Bridge, etc etc etc

Gonna be bad ass. I love mainstream rock and idc who knows it.

Fuzzy Bunny knows, i've been to too many festivals to even remember who i've seen, let alone how many i've seen. But, i suppose the biggest names i've seen are probably Florence and the Machine, Lily Allen and MIka. Bearing in mind i only watched them because i wanted to be at the front for Seasick Steve lol.

Runevillage the forum is pretty well much done. Runevillage the group will eventually die, but as long as we're still friends with each other in the end, it's still a pretty big thought in our heads. Runevillage the family is forever, no matter where we settle down. If absolutely nothing else ever comes of Runevillage in the future, that alone is a pretty damn awesome thought.

Just got home from the Beck show, it was AWESOME. Definitely one of the very best shows I've ever seen. I can't remember a band ever having as much genuine fun performing. It was night and day compared to when I saw Beck last a few years back and it seemed like he was going through motions. Great album, great show. Beck has solidified himself as my #2 favorite artist right now.

Har har. I was trying to find a picture that reflected my viewpoint, but no such luck. It's a nice picture anyway!

It looks like a pretty awesome venue! How's the sound? Outdoor sound can be pretty off sometimes.

Oh cool, I'm seeing them when they come through the state Memorial weekend.

Last weekend was Franz Ferdinand for me; won tickets by writing an amazingly bad half-page essay in 45 minutes while wanting to sleep. Really an awesome show, with a near-perfect set list to boot.

Meshuggah was badass to say the least. They are one of those bands I couldn't quite believe weren't aliens until I saw them do what they do on the albums live and in human form.

I'm going to Riotfest (Chicago) this weekend. Stoked. The Offspring is playing Smash in it’s entirety, Weezer is playing Blue Album in it’s entirety. Mastodon, Primus, Wu Tang Clan, etc. will also be there. Also going to the Primus afterparty show on Saturday. Big weekend for music in Chicago. :D
