I saw it Wednesday at 9 AM (was at school, figured I might as well go watch it)

I think there were 25 people there, which was a bit odd

Anyway, good movie, though it's a shame about the little things they change

Like how they seemed to have been in Grimmauld place for only a day, instead of weeks preparing to enter the ministry

Midnight premier last night, wooo!

I loved it, every second of it.

Hidden:
I don't mind that they changed a few things, like the planning and all that, the movie seemed to flow very well. The things I DIDN'T like were few and far between, like the weird fade-outs (when they enter Grimmauld Place, etc.)

I hadn't read the book prior to the movie, so I forgot about Hedwig and Mad-Eye, so that was sad. I still almost cried when Dobby died. :(

I can't freaking WAIT for the second part... I hope it's going to be like three or four hours of awesome.

Just got back home from watching it with my friends. It was...amazing. Every minute of it was lovely, and well directed. It also ended at the perfect moment!

We just got back from it, it was good. I'm really happy they went with 2 parts for this one. The pacing was so much better than the mad rush of the last few movies.

I definitely agree with you on that, although this one does leave you hanging quite a bit as a result of that

It's basically half a movie

It's the strangest thing. I thought this movie would be a joke, but I really enjoyed it. I suppose it's as Apple said. The pacing was quite good. I really enjoyed the humor too.

It was really hip.

Did anyone else pick up on that?

I really enjoyed the movie and got to watch it on opening day. We had to book the tickets online a week early because they were selling out pretty quickly.
Hidden:
There were some awkward parts to the movie like naked Harry and Hermione... And the dancing?

Really sad when Dobby died. :(

I thought the dancing was sweet between them, As for naked Harry and Hermione, that did surprise me a little as well. I cried when Hedwig and Dobby died. I'm guessing there's going to be more crying in the second installment.

Naked Harry Hermione never happened in the book if I'm not mistaken.
Dobby's death was the best part of the movie.

I wouldn't pay to see this again. Good thing I got a sweet deal for a six dollar ticket.
Can't wait for the second part.

It actually never mentioned either way if they were naked or not. The way the book is written, it's pretty easy to assume whichever one you wish.

dude, who isn't?

I thought it was funny how Hedwig was let out of his cage and flew around defending Harry, dying valiantly, instead of in the book how Hedwig is just in his cage and gets owned.
