Probably. I wouldn't be surprised if they shoot Ceros from their mouths, though. Seems like the standard thing for Stark.

I'm getting sick of the cero spam though. Seems like it's the only thing arrancars have going for them aside from their releases, and they're as pointless as shuriken in Naruto. THEY NEVER DO ANY REAL DAMAGE, WHY BOTHER USING THEM?

Well, people still often dodge or block them, meaning they could create an opening, with an arrancar as fast as Stark, this seems very likely

To be fair, Stark can fire off hundreds of them a second. That'll do some damage if he can land some hits.
