The Dragon Balls of Earth can't revive someone that's already been revived once before.

They'd have to go to Namek.

Actually, you're wrong, the dragon balls of Earth can only revive someone once, but I don't think they'd have any trouble reviving someone who was previously revived by something else

Also, we don't want Ichigo to be revived, we want him to go to Soul Society and become a shinigami the proper way

Maybe he should look into getting a cybernetic arm. I bet Urahara could stick some armor and weapons on it.

That's not how Ishida rolls. He'll do some weird reiatsu arm thing. Or just not have an arm, but I doubt it, because Bleach is all about replacing lost arms.

...He doesn't actually pull back arrows, at least in the anime when he's shooting a few thousand a second. He just holds back the string and they shoot, so he might not have to pull back the string in the first place.

It's likely that he's using the distance between his two hands to fire his reitsu in a manner that makes them immitate arrows.

But this is also anime and science and logic don't really need to apply.
