Need some 1337 photoshopping skills

We needed a passport photo of the little one. It has to be against a white background but somehow the weird lighting made the white background look blue and they rejected it. Can anyone make the background white or off-white? Thanks in advance.

Have to take him to meet his family back in Toronto! Leaving one month from today. Wish us luck with managing a 2.5 year old and a 4 month old on a cross country flight.
