I can't take this seriously because of how dramatized these types of shows are. It just comes off hilarious and fake.

Like I don't doubt that the mom's daughter is a hellbent on getting pregnant, but I don't think the mom really cares that much. Not if she's willing to go on TV, do dramatic head nods into a camera, etc.
