I want you to send me a private message or an email of how RuneVillage can provide you with better guides. Whether it is how the guides/site is formatted, if the formatting isn’t consistent enough through-out the site, if our guides are too detailed or not detailed enough, or if we have too many images or not enough to show you a visual reference point in-game.

Whatever it may be to help your ‘scaping, we want to help you the most that we can - but we need to hear from you!

i think a link to other useful guides from our current guides would be nice, e.g. attack, strength, defence, ranged, mage, summoning and prayer all link together to easily give combat access. woodcutting would be linked to fletching and firemaking etc.

I agree with this x1000 if it would include the forums as well. I can view the sight already with my Storm, but it does take awhile to navigate.

Anyway, I sent you an idea that I think would be really sweet if it could be done.

YES YES YES. I was JUST about to suggest this in Hiker's Campfire, but figured it wouldn't be worth the resources if not many people wanted it. I'd love a mobile version of the forum, much like they do on CrackBerry :weird:

That's what I was wondering too... But if it's just removing the css/formatting, I don't think it would be too resource intensive, would it?

I was thinking of how we used to put so many links in guides in the past. We got rid of that because it was actually a lot of work for an editor/coder.... is there anyway we can make an automatic system where it puts the anchors automatically to link to the database entry/guides.

Something I'd also like to toss around.

While doing a couple quests with our guides I couldn't help but notice that sometimes a rather important detail might be in a block of text. Kinda makes it easy to miss.

I also think there should be more pictures saying where something is instead of just giving a general idea in text. I realize it could cloud up the screen with images, but we could at least make the descriptive text into a hyperlink that leads to a picture.

The dumber we assume the person using the guide the better.

we have a nice new guide layout already which will be released with 2.0, they have more pictures and the text is broken down into steps a lot more
