Cult like third-party roles are serious business yo. Can't let them get the drop on you.

Well then in that case, what exactly does your role DO? That might shed some light on what we can in turn expect from the Vampire. Unless it's better that the Vampire doesn't know which I guess is possible.

When I hear Vampire I think of a cult-like recruiting mechanism, however, Kikori has been notably AGAINST these kinds of mechanics in the past, going as far as to ragequit when they are used to change his alignment. So I doubt he'd put such a role in his game, so I'm more inclined to believe something along the lines of a serial killer. But then we've got two killing roles running around in a game with 8 people?

I'm not sure what to think about this really.

Only Vampire I'm familiar with is Town of Salem Vampire role, and there's no Hunter role to match it. Bite someone at night. They become a Vampire. Turn everyone to win.

And so the day ends. Jackstick steps towards the gallows in what seems to be a convincing argument that his case of sniffles is worth being hanged, and a shocking number seem to agree... Surely the situation doesn't warrant such egregious displays of humor towards death?

Yet it nearly comes to fruition, leaving the town chuckling and pondering a few small thoughts as the sun sets. Eyes shift to and fro, glancing warily in hopes that this humor is well founded before feet start taking their owners to homes for the night.

Night One
Night ends Saturday, August 20, at 7:15 a.m. CST
(Expect the update closer to 10 a.m. CST)

Although some people look a little tired, there's no blaming the many fatigued faces rubbing grit from their eyes. Who could sleep knowing killers are on the... loose? Eight heads look around and eyebrows raise.

"What the?" is the first mumble of many. There doesn't seem to be anyone missing... Not even a wound or bandage beyond the remnants of a bad shaving experience. It appears nobody has been killed. The townsfolk smile quite brightly at the luck, always enjoying the strength of numbers when readying to resume such high-stakes discussion.

Day Two - Eight players alive - Five votes to lynch
Day Two ends Monday, August 22, at 8:15 p.m. CST

Oh, not this crap again.

Pyro3000

....

So Frank, have you anything more to tell us about your role? I reiterate here my questions from yesterday.

Well this night went well! I trapped Jacks house so in the case he was targeted after yesterdays almost lynch, I would find the one who would blame all the Jack voters. And who did I catch? Spiro.

Looks like the traps on the other foot this time buddy.

Of course with all the roles in this town there could be some overlapping role cancels, but this is what I've got to go on.

Top I am surprised you don't know how my role functions. However, I will play along with the act. The nocturnal detective is a town investigative role where the detective investigates a player during the day. I was not able to use my ability yesterday under Kikori's orders. However, today I elected for a sanity check and I proved to be sane.

That's an interesting find... So you lay traps and find out who has fallen for them. Is that the extent of your role? I am inclined to believe Spark Yam's story... but I'd like to hear from Spiro before I cast a vote.

No I trap entire house's to see all who come to it. Jack broke free but I wasn't really going for him anyway.

Well, I actually followed Frank to Jackstick's house, and there the trap was sprung. Jackstick was far from my mind. The real question would be, why was Frank going there, and why did Sparky's trap not spring on him first, when he was there before me?

Ninja'd: My last question would now be, why didn't Frank get caught in one of Sparky's traps?

I don't understand, if all your trap does is tell you who visited, how does that implicate Spiro? Nobody died last night, least of all Jackstick. So Spiro could just as easily be an investigative role... which he's now claimed.

Krazy indeed, it looks like we've got a few things going on.

So you were lying yesterday then, even after I asked if you were joking? Or you're lying TODAY. With Spiro's claim that you in fact went out last night, I think it's time you come real clean so we can sort this mess out Frank.

We shouldn't be too quick to lynch any one of Spiro, Sparky or Frank today given the unusual circumstances, but Frank's contradicting himself so he's got some 'splaining to do.

Top, you hurt me. You seemed to believe I was lying D1 anyways. So why believe I was telling the truth now?

That's a good question.

Also a good question.

So you followed me. What did you learn? If you're an investigative role we should have some answer. Perhaps you can sooth Top's mind for me?

I hate you...

ANYWAY - I think Spirographed is the most logical lynch for today... Seems like I was popular last night. With all the weird roles this game probably has, all we can do is try to guage how helpful a role could be for the town. Sparky's role might hinder the town at times, but it seems more preventative than malicious. I know nothing about Spiro except the fact that he tried something last night - and that's the best thing we have to go on right now...

I already told you what I learned. You went to Jack's.

And Jackstick, you know more than that, by that logic. You know I tried something and Frank tried something and that Sparky accomplished something. I'm giving you all the info I have. Frank is the one that has already claimed two different roles, which means he's lied. That should be obvious to everyone. What's not obvious to everyone is the fact that he isn't backing up my story about where he went last night. I'm not necessarily a lynch-all-liars type of player, but him not backing me up on his N1 activity puts my suspicion in justifiable-to-vote-mode.

Wait, so Frank you went from Vampire hunter to nocturnal detective? I suppose I'm to presume the vampire hunter claim was a usual day 1 joke then?

If you used your ability on yourself for a sanity check, why did you visit Jack? Or am I missing something?

How haven't I said that your claim wasn't true? You followed me to Jack's. I was never denying that.
