You know, I'm not going to post rules or anything. Those who were invited know who they are, and they know the drill. And those of you who are reading and not roleplaying, just sit back and enjoy the cliches.

Name Braeg Bradford
Age 17
Bio We shall see.

The Epic Journey for Great Justice

The day started like any other. Drink some risky beverage, chide an incompetent lackey, prepare to go into, raid, and otherwise pillage the hell out of a small village coming up on the horizon.

"Alright men, you know how this works." I dangled from the rigging, seeing over the entire crew gathered on the deck. "Drop anchor when we are over the village, unroll the rope ladders, meet back in an hour, got it?

Character Name: Armste
Age: 15
Occupation: Epic Hero. Armste lives only with his mother, as his father died or vanished into obscurity many years ago. It's that unimportant. Anyways, his mother is quiet and subdued, and mostly sticks around in their one story house doing things nobody really pays attention to. As for Armste, he's a fifteen year old teenager. His hobbies are training in combat with his sword for no apparent reason, should the village ever be plundered, he's vowed to do all he can to protect it. He's got a blind sense of justice, almost to a fault. It's honestly as if he's thickheaded or something. You'd think as a fifteen year old he's be causing trouble, but he's the one that tries to stop it, usually giving some bravado speech, and then confronting the attackers only to have them walk off out of lack of interest for the task they were attempting. He's usually seen helping around the village.

And now our tale begins...

"Armste wake up. It's late in the morning now." Armste heard as some violent, earthquake like shaking seized upon him while he was laying in bed. Quick to react, he leaped out crying "I'll stop the cause of this vile earthquake FOR GREAT JUSTICE! Oh, hi there mother." he said once he realized he was being a bloody fool again. Oddly enough, Armste was magically dressed for all the adventures that awaited him today, as getting dressed after jumping out of bed was practically unheard of. Anyways, once he stretched and yawned a bit, Armste looked at his mother. The poor old woman was probably in poor health, she was getting old or something.

"Armste, would you run out and go slay those obscure little gnomes in that forest outside town? They've been a nuisance to the town lately." His mother said to him in a sweet tone like it was absolutely nothing. She then continued her menial task of standing in front of the stove making some substance that would probably be consumed later.

'A chance to train for the advancement of great justice?' Armste thought. "I'll DO IT!" he proclaimed, grabbing his sword which was conveniently held in the corner. It wasn't a great blade, just a rather common one that the local smithy had made. Nonetheless, it was his weapon, and he wielded it with all his might. With a gusto, Armste rushed out the door proclaiming "I AM ARMSTE! THE DEFENDER OF GREAT JUSTICE!" as he took a fast paced walk down the path towards the forest just outside town.

"LAST NAME?" He heard somebody call from behind him as he walked along merrily, his sword leaning on his shoulder.

"DON'T NEED ONE!" He called back without looking.

Character Name: Token
Age: 18
Bio: Token, a man of 18, was already a battle hardened man. When he was 15, his old town was destroyed, and he followed his best friend to the ends of the world to save the world! Or something. That was too long ago for Token to remember. Token was a fairly tall man, black skinned, and he was average build. However, for some unkown reason he had the strength of somebody as buff as Arnold Schwarzenegger. Token arrived in Town, at the age of 16. For the past 2 years, Token had just been sleeping in his bed, there was nothing to do in this town. He had spied a young boy, and had heard his name was Armste, who reminded him of his old unamed best friend.

IN CHARACTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR:

Token awoke. He had heard that noise before. It was the sound of Armste running around, 'saving' the town again. Oh well. It was 10AM, I should probably get up. Token jumped out of bed, allready wearing his suit. OOC: (YES ANOTHER SUIT WEARING CHARACTER)

BIC: Token's afro had deflated since his last adventure, and only another one could possibly fix it. However, Token kept that out of his mind. Grabbing his rediculously huge Hammer, Token hammered threw his door in one swing, and went running out into the street, only to look up in the sky, and mutter one word.

"Damnit."

OOC:YES.

*ahem*

Name: Raven (Raven is actually his family name. He's been called by this name for so long, that not even he remembers his first name.)

Age: Seventeen

Occupation: The hero's better-looking, best friend

Bio: Raven and Armste had known each other for an eternity and a half ago, remaining side by side through thick and thin. Raven generally is the one to swoon the ladies and just be popular in general. Whenever Armste endeavors in any form of project, whether that be training for pirates that may plunder the village or possibly to save the world some day. Raven has straight, almost silver-hued hair. It hangs down to his eyes, which are colored bright golden. He has mildly tanned skin. Raven wears a pure white long-sleeved shirt meant for all seasons (summer, winter, desert, tropical rain forest, underwater, sewer, etc.), and a pair of black pants, also meant for the same sorts of conditions. His dark-colored boots are only slightly visible. Raven's weapons of choice are a pair of daggers, sheathed into a pair of leather sheaths strapped into a belt hanging loosely around his waist.

BIC: Early in the morning, Armste generally wanders off carrying out whatever tasks the villagers tend to give him. Of course, these tasks often require the killing of some small nuisance, and Raven is always a step ahead. He's already pulling out his dagger from the body of a fleeing gnome by the time Armste ambles into the clearing.

"Oh, Armste!" Raven says as he waves his dagger in the air, "Glad to see you dropped by. I've already finished off about half of these gnomes, but. . .I think I'll leave the rest to you. What do you say?"

Raven smiles brightly, knowing that his friend will gladly leap upon the chance to get in any form of training.

Name: Irving Hotshot
Age 15
Bio: Age seven, is when he was introduced for the first time to the only weapon of its kind in his world. A gun. Of course Irving had no clue at the time of the importance of this weapon, he just knew it was special. Irving has long red hair and wears a Cowboy hat with a bone necklace, and a trench coat. All the girls think hes THE manly man. When it comes to actually killing someone, Irving would never do it. Even if it meant he'd die.

BIC:
"Gaah, what the hell is that noise I'm trying to sleep..." Irving looks out his window and notice a huge Air ship hovering about 50 feet above the ground, "... Damn it's that time already?" He then looks at his watch and notices what time it is, His female companion from last night left him previously that morning.

In a natural fashion he got up, already clothed, didn't ever have to shower or bathe, and just walked out the door, no need to pay the Inns keeper, she was his previous' nights company. "Well off I go."

Occupation: Princess

BIC:

"No, Father, you must'nt!" I yelled, slapping my hands palm-down on the royal planning table in front of me. The blue crystal pendant hanging from my neck moved with the jolt, swaying side to side. "I must'nt? You must be forgetting that I'm the king, Kyrina. I can do what I damn well please," he said. Father was at it again, planning to destroy some helpless little village that posed absolutely no threat to the kingdom, all the while not comprehending the impact of such an action. From the looks of the toy houses and trees on the table, it was probably a nice little village as well. I picked up one of the houses near the edge of town, studying it intently. "And what has this village done to defy your rule, oh GREAT King?" I asked, blatently being sarcastic. "They're harboring gnomes," came his reply. As usual, sarcasm was lost on my father. I pocketed the house and crossed my arms with a scowl, trying to look as disapproving as possible. "That's not even a real reason! How can a bunch of gnomes possibly bring you to destroy a town?" "It's an illegal act, Kyrina. And if they're not harboring gnomes, then they've got an infestation, and destroying the town is the only way to rid the area of gnomes. Either way, they're probably planning a revolt against last year's tax increase, so they must be silenced." ...Silenced? Of course. I get it now. When Mother was alive, Father was a great King (and Mother a great Queen.) She kept Father in check when his plans weren't what was best for the kingdom. But ever since Mother died in the uprising two years ago, Father's been paranoid about every little thing. Nothing was going to change his mind.

I stormed out of the room, walking through the palace halls, eventually coming to my own bedroom. I laid down on the bed, wondering how the villagers would react when they saw the royal army coming, torches raised and swords drawn. Reaching into my pocket, I pulled out the small wooden house I had taken earlier. Poor little village. It was going to be destroyed, and no one was going to do a single thing about it. Father wasn't going to change his ways, and as far as I could tell, this was one of several destroyed already and one of many to come. I sighed, staring at the ceiling a bit more before coming to a decision. No one was going to do a single thing about it, indeed.

...Save for me.

OOC: Still much discussion to be done on the topic of where this RP is going. As you can tell from our posts, we're all in different parts of the "World." I'm near the Air Ship, quan and you are located relatively close, Kevin, I'm not so sure about, and then Jaron's the stereotypical princess, so of course hes in a castle.

The only person not in the town would be Jaron. That means we get to meet up and be best friends in another RP.

Armste walked into the clearing only to have Raven show him up, like usual. He was still better liked though, he swore. It seems it was up to him to kill the rest since Raven was a lazy sack of flesh.

"Time your attacks for when the bar above your head hits max and then hit R1 for bonus damage!"
"The hell?" Armste said while quickly swinging his sword, looking around as a gnome ten feet behind him went flying and then faded with a red aura so that there was no corpse. There never was.

"HOW DID YOU DO THAT?" he heard some villager that was nowhere in sight call.

"WITH THE POWER OF GREAT JUSTICE!" He called back as he inadvertently swung his sword in another direction watching another gnome fly off, only to drop three gold coins and a magic fire ring. What it was doing with those is beyond anybody, as gnomes simply live to be annoying.

Armste continued slaying the gnomes, each went down with one hit only to have another strike back to do zero damage against Armste's non-existent armor of 15% defense increase. As Armste slew the last one, he grinned as it dropped a potion. Again, what was it doing with some magic healing salve?

'Might as well drink this' he thought 'It's not like it's going to heal a person who's actually been injured.'

I got up with newfound spirit. Who says one person can't make a difference? I'm sure it's probably possible. I could save the village from my Father's army on my own! First, I'd need a disguise to escape the castle grounds.

Despite being a royal princess, I had quite the array of normal street clothes in my closet. It wasn't all dresses and gowns, though that's what I usually wore around the castle. I changed into blue jeans and an orange top, then selected a big white robe with a giant hood. No one would even know it was me, even though I'm the only person in the castle that owns this sort of stuff. My blue crystal pendant hung outside my robes for good measure, though it actually didn't have a use; it was just a good-looking trinket my Mother told me to hold onto for as long as I lived. No harm in that, I figured.

I picked out a brown staff from the corner of my closet. It was more like a big stick, but somehow when I held it, I felt like I could heal injuries. Funny things, those big wooden sticks.

I placed the robe hood over my head and set out into the hall, staff in hand. I didn't get far before I passed Ivan, my Father's chief advisor, walking the other way. He warily watched me as I passed, then finally called out, "Miss?" Shoot. I stopped dead in my tracks, knowing he'd call the guards if I bolted. I turned around and looked at him for the first time. He was holding a book and some papers, but since the title of the book was slightly covered, I didn't bother trying to read it.

Image

"Kyrina! Where are you going?" Ivan asked me. Knowing that he'd report directly to my Father, I decided to plead to his better nature. "I'm leaving the castle for a while. I'm going to go that village and warn them that my Father's sending the army. Please don't tell him, he'd keep me at the castle if he knew I was leaving!" Ivan stared at me for a moment, then broke into a grin. It was an odd, disturbing-looking grin, one that kind of seemed to imply my statement had solved a problem he couldn't figure out a solution for. "By all means, Kyrina, go right ahead. I won't say a word about it to His Royal Highness, and I'll tell the guards to let you pass. Your secret is safe with me." He then continued on his way down the hall with that awkward smile on his face the whole time. What a nice guy, I thought, heading for the castle's front door.

Realizing that staring at a giant airship would probably not help at all, Token decided that he should warn people about this problem.

"HEY YOU MAN! LOOK AT THE SKY"
However the man simply walked by, not disturbed a bit.

"HEY, WHAT ABOUT YOU? LOOK MAN!"
Yet another apathetic man.

"BUT WHAT ABOUT YOU WOMEN, OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN DID YOU NOTICE THIS SHIP"

Even the women don't seem to care. Maybe Token's hammer could knock some sence into them. Mustering some of his might, Token swung his hammer into the nearest townsman. However before the hammer got maybe an inch infront of his face, it swung back quicker than he had swung it, and landed with a THUD on the ground.

"Hell, these towns people are whack."

With that, Token was off picking up his hammer and then running down the street trying to find somebody sane.

Stepping out in the bright light that was not the Inn Irving kept walking into the un-known. "Damn Next-Gen Systems, no gamma control!" Yelled an un-known voice. In response Irving pulled his Rifle off his back expecting the Usual tiny imps that attack him all the time for no reason. However he's used to these, every now and again after killing one or two groups he'll hear this weird sound that comes out of no where Dun dun dun da da duh duh duh duhhh! after this noise his accuracy seems to be naturally better, along with his stamina is regained. However, knowing this was the middle of the town, no random events would occur so he re holstered his shotgun. Then bam, he ran smack into an invisible wall. "What the *$#$#%!" Irving shouted in response to this invisible barrier, looking down he noticed the problem, a small twig seemed to be in his way. Damn things.. he thought to himself attempting to kick the small object ... ALWAYS getting in my way.

Since the object wouldn't move, no matter how hard Irving kicked it with his steel-toed cowboy boots, he decided it would be best if he just went around the damn thing. In doing so he seemed to have put himself in the path of the raging Token, whom was equipped with a hammer. "For Great justice!" He said to himself over and over as this blistering huge black male came charging down the street. However this random event wasn't getting any closer, nor was it going farther away, it just seemed to stand there, lagging.

"Blasted system!"

There it was again, that voice, the voice of a pre-pubescent teen... Then the world shook as if someone had kicked it. Blasted earthquakes, they always happen after that voice says that. After he thought this to be just a normal event he realized that the Tall black man was closing in on him. Readying his gun he pulled it out, and put on his +37 battle armor of Swift. All gibberish to him, it was just a tag he slapped onto the tag of his original clothing, because nothing changed but its name, however it seemed to help.

OOC: I'm far too excited for my own good.

Name: Child

Sex: Female

Species: Embodiment of the Spirit of the Dewbian Forest

Age: Appears to be just under full maturity. About 15~18.

Appearance: Skimpy leather clothing that gives +30 armor with Evasion and Agility bonuses. Long rich brown hair. 5'8'' and light shade of brown skin.

Bio: Child's favorite game is Hide and Seek. She plays it with anybody, anytime, anywhere, even if they don't know they're playing. Under no circumstances is she the one seeking. She will often giggle, making sure it carries on the wind, to make you think she's one place, only to truely be somewhere else. She doesn't like to be caught, and when she is, doesn't stick around for long.

Her favorite pass-time other than Hide and Seek is to follow random adventurers and toy with their minds, bodies, items, gold, journey, and pretty much whatever she can get ahold of that isn't hers.

Child adores new sensations. Any of the five senses that brings something new to her, she will try her best to experience it at least once, but almost always eleven times. This curiosity is probably the reason why she mentally tortures adventurers so.

Other Notes:
- Not to be (although commonly) mistaken for a prostitute.
- While many women are "smart and good looking", Child is none of the first and over the top of the second.
- Immune to snake venom, scorpion venom, spider bites, bee stings, sharp twigs, STDs, Tree Bark Rash, poisonous plants, pine cones, frizzy hair, cold weather conditions, hot weather conditions, Token and just about anything else that can't be specified as "direct damage", although Token comes close.

"Hrm. . .hey, Arsmte." Raven speaks to his friend as he slides his daggers back into their sheaths, "I could be hearing things, but I could swear there's some sort of commotion over in town. You should go check it out, you know? I mean. . .who knows? It could be sky pirates attacking the village or something, although the chances of that are slim to none since our village is made up of farmers and therefore probably has nothing of value to any pirate anywhere."

Raven didn't even have to catch his breath as he spoke. . .he was just that awesome.

"Oh, and don't forget that you can block almost any attack by pressing triangle."
