Itachi's eyes tracked the man's movements, watching the energy flow as he just as his clone swiftly turned around and slashed away the sword, deflecting it and just as quickly putting the kunai directly between the man's eyes. It wouldn't reach, but it gave him a chance to speak. "My name is Uchiha Itachi, and you are a fool to think I'm going to befriend anyone here."

Bounties? Armor-man is a...bounty hunter? Set on killing ME?! This is absurd. It's just a dream, that's all it is...

Just then, the same voice as earlier came out of nowhere. "You may not make alliances. This is a fight to the death. It would only make it harder on you to kill a friend... wouldn't it?"

...Maybe there's more to this than meets the eye after all. But a fight to the death? Between what, me and him? Bounty hunters don't get to be the status they are without being really, really good at their job. If any of this is remotely real, I need to be extremely careful.

From 150 feet away, Neku's opponent fired another shot. Holding Top Gear as well as a new pin, Superfine Beam, in his hands, Neku teleported 20 feet back to his left. The moment he reappeared, he thrust his hand out at Fett, using Superfine Beam to send a psychic bullet much like most ray guns.

OOC:

The pin images aren't of too much use but they're fun to show anyway.

Superfine Beam sends out a bullet sort of like a ray gun blast, but it's a Penetrating Bullet, so while it doesn't do THAT much damage, it goes right through whatever it hits and into enemies behind them it any exist.

I stopped my post there since I know you'll be countering with a third bullet (although Neku doesn't know that, which is why I teleported anyway.

) By the way, how much damage do Fett's blasts do? Like a good-deal-of-pain thing Neku can take a few of, or a blow-off-your-arm thing I'll try harder to dodge? o_O

"Impressive reaction time to a sonido... You are an interesting subject. I am the Eighth Espada, Szayel Apporo Grantz." Szayel took a step back from the kunai. "You make convincing clones, but I can tell by your reiatsu that either you have a seal on your power like Zaraki Kenpachi, or that this is a clone. Show yourself."

OOC: If you find Szayel figuring out that this Itachi is a clone sorta godmoddish, then please, let me know.

OOC: Not god-moddish at all, a clone is composed purely of chakra / energy. Just very physically realistic.

BIC...

"I'd rather not." Itachi created another clone, this time purely an illusion but completely as convincing to stand from Szayel's shadow again. The kunai the new, non-physical Itachi held went to Szayel's neck, not a centimeter from the skin. "I'd rather you die." The physical clone reared his arm back, readying himself to throw the kunai in his hand.

OOC: Yeah, only one can hurt you. But the non-physical clone is purely an illusion, thus silent, so I doubt Szayel would recognize the fake-ness.

OOC: It's a blaster, and a heavier one at that. It might not blow your arm off, but if it hits you it'll hurt a lot. The best comparison would be an assault rifle.
BIC: As soon as the young man reappeared, Fett snapped off a third shot at him, and then twitched to the right to dodge...something. Some sort of projectile that had passed through his bolt without affecting it. Interesting...

Sensing the clone appear behind him, and seeing the clone in front of him begin to attack, Szayel did a short sonido to the side. "You had my front and back, but did you forget I can move sideways?"

(Note: If the kunai that Non-Physical Itachi Clone was meant to go around my neck, it doesn't quite matter- I moved before it reached there)

The kunai that the first clone tossed passed through where Szayel had been a moment before, hitting and destroying the other clone (Or passing through it, don't know what it would do, there isn't much use of normal clones in Naruto)

OOC: On a side note, in your first post, you said you were hiding in 'one of many trees in the environment.' However, in the first post, it says

Location: A vast wasteland, flat as a prarie, with about as much life as a desert. Back to basics, it seems.

I don't think deserts have that many trees, hm? I'll let you have one convienent lone tree though.

BIC: Szayel, annoyed that Itachi would not show his true self, glanced around. There was his former opponent, walking away, a boy fighting a man in some kind of armor, a woman fighting a long eared man, and a few lone trees out various distances in various directions. Wait, his old opponent was getting away? (Mao. I can't exactly have Szayel know the name Mao, he hasn't exactly said his name yet

)

Szayel sonidioed until he had caught up with the boy, leaving Itachi's clone way back. Using the element of suprise, Szayel stabbed at the boys back before shouting "Where do you think you're going!??"

OOC: You're not getting out that easy, Pyro =D

Itachi saw Szayel look in his direction. His heart beat abnormally fast for all of two seconds before he thought up the plan necessary. He knew of his brother's rivalry with his best friend and intended to use that in an intricate attack against Szayel.

Itachi created two more clones, each at the base of the tree before he switched places with the illusionary clone near Szayel. That left one in the tree as Itachi concentrated on making the two physical ones at the tree transform into Naruto and Sasuke before anyone could see the difference. Having laid out his plan in a split second, Itachi had his physical clone turn around and throw the kunai directly where Szayel's head was reappearing. At the same time, both the Naruto and Sasuke clones started running at Szayel, both building up "attacks" in their hands.

The Naruto clone screamed out, "I'm gonna take him out before you get to even look at him, Sasuke!" as a ball of windy energy appeared in his right hand during the dash.
The Sasuke clone replied, "You really think you can beat me there, loser!?" as lightning started trailing from his hand, twittering like birds.

OOC: Rasengan and Chidori from the two clones, except they're actually suicide bombs (I could look through the wiki for the technique, but I trust you trust my having read it.) They'll explode on impact with Szayel, according to my plan. This means the kunai being thrown and those two timebombs are the attacks right now.

OOC: Stip, how could you kick me in the chest? You teleported behind me. I'll say it was a kick to the back.

BIC: Jak saw the woman dissapear. Suddenly, Jak felt a kick to the back. Instead of falling over, Jak managed for it to be a jump foreward.(Never quite got how he can take all those powerful hits and not fall down.) He did a quick spin kick, in order to turn around. As he spun, he quickly changed gun mods so that it was a shockwave blaster. He quickly charged and released a small blast.(If you are not touching the ground, disregard this. Only Jak can see the shockwave though. It knocks you a into the air a bit and deals some damage.)

If that's the case then, I'll need Pyro to post first because I'm in the middle of attacking him, unless your post was meant to interuppt my attack.

OOC: I'm not caught up with you, I know my clones will take time to get to you. But Itachi sees your movements and where you end up so they're very, very good at tracking is all.
The kunai could make it as an attack-interrupter, though, they tend to approach fast. :3

As Mao was walking away he felt a sharp object pierce his body.

"Huh?"

The moment Mao heard his opponent speak to him he replied, "It doesn't matter where I'm going. But maybe you should worry about the two behind you."

Mao reached his arms behind him and held Szayel firm

"I was raised by the overlord of the netherworld! His spankings are the equivalent of a million atomic bombs! Don't think your pathetic toy sword can hurt me!"

Mao then jumped backwards towards the two clones with Szayel attached to him.

"Experiment!"

OOC: Did I mention Mao is close to insane?

The boy had completely ignored the fact there was a sword through his chest, and simply grabbed Szayel at the sides. (You didn't specify where you grabbed me, after all) "Let go of me!" Szayel then noticed two boys rushing towards him, seemingly powerful attacks in hand.

Since his arms weren't being held, quickly, Szayel pulled his sword out of the boy and began to swallow it. "SIP, FORNICARAS!" Szayel suddenly began to bloat up, and transformed into his released state.

Hidden:

Instead of being held by the boy, Szayel now had his wings around the boy. "It's time for the second act
you've all been dying to see..." Szayel flung his wings open, spitting the boy out and flinging countless blood-like droplets everywhere (it's pretty much impossible for Mao, 'Naruto', and 'Sasuke' to dodge all of them)

In his released state, Szayel grows a pair of wings, his lower body transforms into a flock of long tentacles, and a blood-like liquid drips from all over his body. If one of these droplets comes into contact with an opponent a doppelganger of them is created that Szayel can control to use their abilities against them.

Several droplets hit each of the targets, causing doppelgangers of them to start forming, and pull themselves off the original.

Mao got up from the ground only to see 3 copies of glaring at him.

"This again!? I hate these fights! How many times do I have to fight copies of myself!? Let's see how do I win this again? Oh right. They don't have the emotions I have... so they couldn't possibly have hatred! This is too easy."

Mao's hand glew a bright green.

"THIS HAND OF MINE GLOWS WITH AN EVIL POWER! IT'S AWESOME BUZZING NOISE TELLS ME TO KILL YOU! TAKE THIS! MY ANGER, MY SPITE, AND ALL OF MY HATRED! BLAAAAST FINGEEEEEEEEEER!!!!!!"

Mao then jumped into the air landing his hand on one copy's face. He then grabbed it by the head and jumped to the next one carrying it with him. One by one he stacked all of the clones and then still holding the top one yelled, "Die." and thrust his body through them with a huge explosion.

OOC: Blast Finger is a move that focuses Mao's hatred and turns it into an attack. It's an attack that I'm well assuming could top the clones since they don't have emotions themselves. Plus I didn't want to spent a lot of time fighting clones.

BIC: Mao got up and looked at Szayel's new form.

"I get it... a multiple phase boss fight... It's a good thing I did all of that grinding to get to level 9999! Beryl! Magichange to a sword!"

Mao reached his hand out to his side only for... nothing to happen.

"Oh right... she's not here..."

OOC: Naruto and Sasuke are clones already. Explosives, timebombs. The liquid would sooner make them explode than become cloned.

BIC...

Itachi stepped back from the wings before seeing the liquid flow out at a rapid pace. It was either risk getting splattered with something poisonous or lose a clone.
... It was a no-brainer. Itachi had his own clone stand in front of him, hit by any oncoming droplets before going "poof", being of no use anymore.

Naruto, who was in front of Sasuke, exploded upon impact with one of the droplets. Itachi realized the Sasuke bomb's danger and had him jump well above the droplets, descending with his Chidori arm out in front, on a crash course with Szayel at a very rapid rate. "Chidori!"

OOC: Clones = Chakra. I don't think you can clone chakra.
