At this rate, Chicago might not even make it out of round one! Nashville is really putting them to the test.

The Penguins might still make a run for it, I doubt Ottawa / Montreal / Toronto will advance that far. Still feeling the Capitals but the Leafs are giving them a run for their money.

Out west - Edmonton might beat San Jose. McDavid is beastly!

Market - I think you're a Calgary fan - hope they can get past the Ducks and into round 2!

Probably not be Pittsburgh... can't see them winning 3 years in a row.
Not Toronto
Not New Jersey
Not Columbus
Not Minnesota
Not Winnipeg
Not Anaheim
Not Dallas

Maaaybe.. Tampa Bay can take it, maybe Nashville, maybe Boston.

Want to add San Jose and Washington to that list but these teams seem to lose when it counts most so.. no.

Ovechkin to win the Rocket trophy.

Was right on Ovie winning another Rocket. AO is still a beast.

As for series predictions...

Western Conference

Nashville>Colorado
Winnipeg>Minnesota
Vegas<L.A
Anaheim>San Jose - Probably a close series

Eastern Conference

Tampa Bay>New Jersey
Boston>Toronto
Washington>Columbus - Probably a close series
Pittsburgh>Philadelphia

Hnmm.. looks like the only upset i see happening is LA beating Vegas...

...now we just wait and see if they can.
It would be nice if Toronto beat Boston. But I don't really see that happening. If it does, they will probably get knocked out round 2.
I'd like to see Vegas break some more records! How about a conference championship? It could be pretty entertaining if they get to the final

Winnipeg actually has a shot here, but I don't think they will get it... just a gut feel.

I don't think Toronto can get past Boston. I do think Vegas will beat LA now that we're 3 games into the series.

Also - Washington sucks.

I was in DC when the Caps won, and man, it was crazy! The city really deserved a win finally!

Tampa Bay though! sheesh. +99 goal differential! 120 points in the standings, and there is still 6 games left in the regular season. ...they must be REALLY itching to win their FIRST cup

Toronto is doing well! hahaha it's funny to see all the easterners finnaly have something to be pround of

...but Toronto is still dwarfed by Boston and Tampa! "That Hansels so hot right now"

CALGARY is first in their division, and the western conference!!

Tampa won a cup back many years ago with Lecavallier and St. Louis. Will be the first cup for Stamkos and Co. though. Excited to see them play, but President's Trophy winners don't always go on to win it all (see Caps, Canucks and Sharks).

I haven't really followed the NHL this year, but I like Nashville, Boston and Tampa's odds. Kinda like Toronto outta all the Canadian teams this year (sorry Market, i know youre a Flames fan!)

I like the Capitals, but i don't think they will win the Cup only because it's so difficult to win 2 in a row. Looks like Ovi is gonna win another Rocket trophy.

Hoping Colorado can sneak in but i know they'll be demolished in the first round.

Looking forward to another playoff season!

I did use a winky face, when I said that they could win their *first* cup.
But, do you remember who Tampa "lost" to that year? ...or equally as important; do you remember how they "lost" that year?

And the 2019/2020 season was off to a start last week!
