Mrkt0's Dungeon Review #1

We all know about dungeons in Runescape, but which one is the best for your skill?

F2P Section

This month, I'm reviewing the F2P and P2P dungeon, the Edgeville dungeon. For many F2P, it is a great place to train Prayer and combat due to the big bones of the giants, for others, a source of limpwurt roots for potions from the apothecary. The F2P area integrates a shortcut using the "Brass Key" on the shed door west of Varrock. The F2P section of the dungeon contains monsters ranging from Rats to Skeletons to Hobgoblins to Giants. This is one of the many dungeons for F2P and still is considered by many one of the best F2P dungeon. It is great for Prayer and combat training as well as mage and range training in some areas. Also, there is a mining area with iron, mithril, and addy ores. The only bad thig really is an overcrowded giant area. Even world hopping doesn't help at sometimes.

The Good:

  1. Is great for most levels of Runescapers.
  2. Offers F2P a large source of big bones.
  3. Offers Limpwurt roots to make Strength Potions.
  4. Mining area is underutalized so no crowds!

The Bad:
  1. Some overcrowding in Giant Area

Overall: I give it 4 smilies out of 5

P2P Section

For P2P, this is a great site to train herblore. From the Edgeville entrance follow the path until you reach the Slayer master corridor. Hang a left and you are in the Chaos Druid Paradise. Also, for higher levels, try the Black Demons. They pack a bit of a punch but can be taken down. Also here are Red Spiders, who's eggs are also used in herblore. If you Swing across the rope, you enter the realm of several earth warriors. For the most part, this area of the Edgeville dungeon is safe although it is in the wilderness. There is some crowding occasionally but not much to worry about.

The Good:
  1. Great for Herblore
  2. Black Demons have good drops and are good for experience.
  3. Minimal overcrowding
The Bad:
  1. Some threat from pkers
Overall: I give it 4 smilies out of 5
