Banned By Jagex! I didnt Do It!

Good Evening everybody, this is Niko here with some breaking news tonight!

The recent banning of a Runescape account, owned by Blizaga57 has been un-banned. Further investigation of the abuse-report by Andrew Gower has shown that Blizaga's acount was banned in error.

What appeared to be suspicious to the Jagex team, was actually honest.
Andrew wrote an apology to Blizaga, stating that it was a total error, and that they are making sure it doesn't happen again, to him, or anyone else. Also Andrew gave Blizaga's acount, a 3 extra free days of credit for members.

Andrew Gower wrote:
I sincerely apologise for the accidental temporary ban of your account.
I have just reviewed the abuse-report which was the basis for your ban, and believe you were banned in error.
This was caused by a combination of events in game, which when reveiewed in out report abuse system appear very suspicious, when in fact they are totally honest. I am therefore making immediate changes to the support system to fix the situation in question, and make sure this doesn't happen.

I have also sent out an internal memo to all support staff alerting them to this issue to prevent the mistake that caused your incorrect banning from happening again, or to anyone else.

Your account has now been unbanned, all black-marks have been deleted from your account, and I am adding 3 days of credit to your membership to make up for the time you couldn't play due to this mistake.

Now the players of Runescape actually realize that Andrew reads what people write to Jagex staff,
and that they read the abuse-reports.

Well, there you have it. Andrew actually does read abuse-reports and what the players write to Jagex. Some extrodinary action taken by Gower, don't you think?
