Should we help "noobs?"

Well this little escipade took place in the wonderful town
of falador. I am returning to the east bank after a good
pk'ing trip. Only to find a lvl 5 "noob" struggling beging
for spare food or some things to protect him. Being the
heartfelt man I am I strike up a converstion with the "noob"
and I soon look to my bank to see if I had anything to spare.
I found some iron armor and 50k in cash for him to use.
Well to my demise the noob didn't even thank me he only answered
me with a merre:
