The day Henner went crazy(er)

Once upon a time, there was this fan site called Runevillage. Runevillage was a peaceful place, everybody knew each other, everybody liked each other, and flamers were put to death. There was this admin who had a very big nose (and I’m not lying, boy was it huge), who seemed to be a nice guy. That changed however, on the day of February 30th, 2015.


All seemed to be normal on the day of February 30th, but that was not so. The big nosed admin, Henner, finally snapped. A user, Best Noob, made a joke about Henner’s big nose. On a normal day, this would not bother Henner, but on that day, Henner banned Best Noob. Well obviously that wasn’t too fair, so Hiker un-banned Best Noob and told Henner not to ban people for silly reasons. Henner did not like this. Henner turned into the Incredible Nose, with muscles bulging (from his nose) and turned green. He then banned Hiker and stole Runevillage.


As soon as Henner stole Runevillage, he demoted all of the admins and made new ones of his own, except he did one thing different. Instead of choosing admins for the good of the Village, he wanted to make it a horrible place. So, naturally, he chose 3 of the worst villagers he could find. He did a little searching and finally made a decision. He decided to give the position of admin to Gamestar, Mr Penguin12, and Blackmage172.


This was a horrible choice, and the newly appointed admins went crazy. Gamestar renamed himself to Sir Bansalot and banned anybody who didn’t have 1000 posts or more, Mr Penguin12 banned a user named Hoof Hearted just because Hoof liked penguin ramen, and not shrimp ramen, and Blackmage was the worst of them all. He deleted all the forums that didn’t have the words “stupid noob” in them. After all of this, there were very few villagers, and only 1 forum, Field of Death.


Luckily, Henner had one weakness, alcohol. Hiker decided to go over to Henner’s house and “treat him” to some beers. After about 8 beers, Henner was completely out of it. Hiker took that opportunity to go onto Henner’s computer, un-ban himself, and fix Runevillage. He then demoted Henner to “Big nosed troublemaker”, which was the equivalent to a normal user, but a more suitable name.


It took over a year to completely fix Runevillage, and even after that, it was never completely the same again.
