You enter a ton of new PASSCODES into the KEYPAD, but all of them give off the same result: a faint buzz of error and the KEYPAD resets itself.

As you get ready to do this, it occurs to you that it might not be a good idea after all. What if you're electrocuted? Or what if it's far more sophisticated than you know how to fix? What's your KEYPAD-HOTWIRING LEVEL? One? Yeah...you figure you'll leave the KEYPAD intact for now.

The MAGIC 8-BALL is being pretty cryptic, in your opinion.

Neither of these ideas are possible! Don't be fooled--there's a bit of depth to the BUTTONS. The walls curve around so that the actual location of the BUTTONS are past where the DOOR would open, so that, for instance, if two different people were standing there, one at each BUTTON, neither one of them would be able to see the other.

The BUTTONS are too far apart for you to stretch, and the TIME LIMIT they hold is too short even for your HASTE.

It shall be so! Henceforth, your MINIATURE TROJAN HORSE shall be named EPONA! What a wonderful name for a brilliant stallion.

You command EPONA to move out to the MOAT, but she apparently doesn't want to budge. No matter what you say, or what you try, EPONA seems steadfast in staying her ground, and you cannot lead her to WATER. How stubborn! It's like you need a stupid OCARINA or something to get EPONA to move.

If EPONA won't go to the WATER, you'll just have to bring the WATER to her, it seems. You head out to the CASTLE MOAT.
