I am currently lev 52 agility and i want to get to lev 58 (or higher) as soon as possible and it appears that i have a lot of options so I want to know exactly what should i do. If it matters, my combat lev is 93 and my hp lev is 75. Just tell me what you would recommend i should do, thank you.

Well , you have 2 options,
The first one is Wilderness agility course . This has been said the best agility course in Runescape. Bring food though ( best to bring the highest you can) and watch out for those reverants.
Second option. You can go to the Brimminghaven agility course where you can collect tickets and trade them in for agility xp. This is most likely the fastest . If i were you i would bring a few agility pots just incase the darts make you go temp. under 40 agility. My routine here was to bring 5,000 gp with me and a lobster pot and 2 agility pot (4) store the rest in bank.
After you go fish some lobsters and cook them in the Thzaar . Then you go to the agility course.
(hint if you have the required herblore lv. you should get some toadflax ( can be traded in with the tickets) and make agility potions witch would save you alot more money .
This way you can get cooking, fishing, agility, and herblore xp at the same time! :D

Use Brimhaven.
You're plenty high enough to avoid the dart traps quite often. Take a few agility potions to restore your level when you get hit by the darts. These are cheap on the grand exchange.

I wouldn't use the Wilderness course yet, you'll fall too often to make it good XP. The revenants really slow it down now.
