IMO, Runevillage administration just killed RV.

Most of Runevillages vital members are leaving, what do you think thats going to do to the Villager and most of the stickies in the forums.

I'll stay and post occasionally, I just don't agree with this.

Horrible sense of humor the "ex-staff" of RV has. I honestly don't know the last time I've seen so many bunnies and vicious posts, even if they are all in jest.

Sorry, this April 1st sucks.

Also including the lumbridge lounge posts with the "Leaving" posts. Pretty sure Shando covered a good 1/4 of those bunnies in his post. :|

change can be good but somtimes its to far. this is gona start a chain reaction that has and will farthermore effect everyone, even the future of this site.

he's absolutely right this wasn't their plan but it turned out that what people have said is completely true some of the mods are showing their true face. I know that if you all had an explination of sorts it would have been a lot less aggrevated and an explination may have come if people weren't so beligerant about it. I'm sorry to say this but it really shows who actually deserves to be a mod.

They know you're not dedicated, so they've accomplished everything.

@ Hiker, This was a very good decision.

I know it breaks peoples hearts that they lost everything that ment something to them, but i mean, leaving because you lost your rank means you didn't really care. You just liked being in power. You never used it well, so why are you so mad?

I don't actually plan on starting any arguments on here (For once)
But i think its leaked out to just about everyone (Other than the social rejects) that its an april fools joke.
And when you finally announce that you have no idea how much more flame will be in that topic.

I dunno why you're acting like a hotshot Simon...most people knew the whole thing was a gig from the start...

I guess if the mods didn't know about it but saw this it would force them to show their true colors, but something makes me think every single mod/staff was in on it. The only thing it showed was how normal users reacted, some much more humorous than others...

I concur. We must lynch him now for the sake of the metagame, we MUST teach people that they can't go around claiming "anniversary" and expect leniency. Topsummoner.

So far, every April 1st, there has been a site-wide joke like this played, and so far, every April 1st, half the people on this site have gone completely raving mad because of it instead of having some feeble hope of a sense of humour. Can we safely agree with a hint of Tim Buckley fanboyism that most forum users are idiots at this point?

I gave RV like, what... 3 years of dedication to preserving peace in chat and... you think this is fine? I'm more disapointed than mad. Sad to see the admins turn on the entire staff like this. I could have expected something like this from the admins because they're a bunch of incompetent idiots, but I didn't expect this from you, hiker. You're smarter than this. :|

In a situation like this, one must not look to the self-proclaimed creators of the problem, but to oneself as to why this wrong has been done to them. There, the truth is found and balance is created.

-_- hummmmm -_-
